Founded in 1962 as Bridgewater & Coulton Malaya, it was later known as B&C Jurukur Bahan Berkanun in 1983. In 2015, the firm transitioned from a partnership into a corporate entity, rebranding as BCQS Consult Sdn Bhd to enhance its services and reach.
